Terms and Conditions – 3rr Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3rr platform available at 3rr.vin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 3rr. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all sections of the platform including the Game Lobby, Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo, the 3rr mobile app, and any promotional activity associated with the 3rr brand. Using any feature of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

To create and use a 3rr account you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be using the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• You must not be on a self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 3rr.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on the 3rr platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted regardless of the device, browser, email address, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be voided.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Deliberately providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share account access with any third party. 3rr will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 3rr account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as indicated on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction.

A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed clearly on the Deposit page. Deposits must be funded from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to a third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your balance within seconds.
• Raast and bank transfers may take up to one business day to process.
• Card deposits are subject to standard card processing times.
• 3rr does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

3rr reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large deposits or deposits that trigger internal risk controls. In such cases you will be contacted by our support team.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown on the withdrawal page within your account. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. Withdrawals requested to a payment method not registered in your own name will be declined.

• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are usually completed within a few hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• 3rr does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply charges on their end.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

3rr offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League or T20 series. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of opt-in and must be read before accepting.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 3rr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse bonus terms – including using multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated play – will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• Bonus funds are not real-money funds and carry no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Every game available in the 3rr Game Lobby – including slots, live casino tables, Bingo rooms, and instant games – operates using a certified random number generator (RNG). Results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform, by other players, or by the timing or amount of your bets.

Individual game rules are available within each game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before playing. 3rr is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics, pay tables, or return-to-player rates.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error that results in an incomplete game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Where a fault occurs after a winning outcome has been confirmed, the win will be honoured. 3rr's decision on any disputed game outcome is final after internal review.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of 3rr covers cricket including PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, domestic tournaments, as well as football, esports, and other sports listed on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 3rr:

• All bets must be placed before the relevant market closes. Late bets will be voided.
• Odds are subject to change up until a market is suspended or closed. Your bet is recorded at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. 3rr reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market as displayed in the Sports section.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided at 3rr's discretion.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per market apply and are displayed within the betting interface.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant market.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3rr platform and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets or interacts with games without direct human input.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Opening more than one account or facilitating someone else's access to a prohibited account.
• Using payment methods or funds that belong to a third party without their explicit consent.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false personal information at any stage.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or reverse-engineer any part of the software.
• Any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at other players or 3rr staff.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

3rr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause. This includes but is not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, suspected underage use, or risk management concerns.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, access to the account and its balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in a finding of no breach, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be voided in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

11. Responsible Gaming

3rr takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gaming on this platform is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults who choose to participate within their personal financial means. The following tools are available within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, limits can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure a notification that appears after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive marketing communications from 3rr.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rr platform including but not limited to the logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software is the intellectual property of 3rr or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game developers remains the intellectual property of the respective developers and is licensed to 3rr for display on the platform. Use of game content outside the platform is not permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability

3rr provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, 3rr will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decision to place a bet or play a game.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Disruption to service caused by factors outside 3rr's reasonable control, including network outages, mobile wallet downtime, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Privacy

3rr collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

15. Changes to These Terms

3rr may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you continue to use the platform after the updated terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure via our support team.
